How to Get in Touch With Us
The best way to reach us is by email. We read every message that comes in, and we do try to get back to people within a reasonable timeframe — usually a couple of business days, sometimes sooner if things are quiet on our end. We're a small independent operation, so there's no support ticket system or live chat. Just a real inbox, checked by real people who actually care about what lands in it.
If you're writing to us, please be as specific as you can about what you're contacting us about. Vague messages are harder to respond to well, and we'd rather give you a genuinely useful reply than a rushed, generic one. Whether it's a factual question, a correction request, or something else entirely — context helps a lot.
What You Can Reasonably Contact Us About
There are a few things we're genuinely happy to hear about. If you've spotted something on the site that looks factually wrong — an outdated detail, a number that doesn't add up, something that just seems off — please do let us know. We take accuracy seriously, and reader input has helped us catch things we'd otherwise have missed. That kind of feedback is genuinely appreciated.
We're also open to hearing from people who work in the industry and want to flag something relevant — a factual inaccuracy, a significant change to something we've covered, that sort of thing. Outreach about advertising or paid placements is fine to send, though we should be upfront: we're selective about what we accept, and we won't compromise editorial independence for a placement fee. If that works for you, feel free to write.
General reader messages are welcome too. Sometimes people just want to share a thought, ask a question about how we approach our reviews, or point us toward something worth looking at. We can't promise a reply to every single one of those, but we do read them.
What We're Not Able to Help With
This one matters and it's worth being clear about. We are an independent review website. We have no connection to any casino operator, and we have no ability to assist with account issues, payment disputes, bonus complaints, or anything that requires direct contact with a gambling platform. Those messages need to go to the operator in question, not to us — we simply don't have access to any of that.
We also can't offer legal or financial advice. If something has gone wrong with a gambling account and you're looking for guidance, there are dedicated organisations and regulatory bodies better placed to help. We'd encourage anyone in that situation to seek out proper support rather than waiting on a reply from a review site. We're just not equipped for that, and it wouldn't be right to pretend otherwise.
A Note on Response Times and Expectations
We aim to reply within two business days for most messages. That said, there are periods where things get backed up — especially if we're in the middle of updating a large batch of content or dealing with something time-sensitive on the editorial side. If you haven't heard back after four or five days, a follow-up is completely reasonable. Emails do occasionally slip through the cracks, and we'd rather you nudge us than assume we're ignoring you.
For press or industry-related enquiries, response times can vary a bit more depending on what's being asked. Some things need more thought before we can reply properly, and we'd rather take the time to give a considered response than fire something back quickly that doesn't actually address what you asked.
